Membership Cancellation

  • Members holding a 'Month-to-Month Membership': If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within these 30 days, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

  • Members holding a '12-Month Commitment Membership': Membership cannot be canceled before the first full year of commitment is satisfied, as specified in the billing agreement.

       

       After canceling, our staff will email, confirming your final day of membership. 

       ** If you are injured, sick, or traveling and would like to simply put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can          request a HOLD by clicking HERE.
