• Members holding a 'Month-to-Month Membership': If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within these 30 days, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

• Members holding a '12-Month Commitment Membership' cannot cancel before the first full year of the commitment is satisfied, as specified in the billing agreement.

• After canceling, our staff will email you to confirm your final day of membership.
